www.menil.org A perennial favorite! Our signature Spiced Pear French 75 and corresponding mocktail alternative start a special event off with refinement and seasonal flair. Our spiced pear french "75"Makes 1 cocktail, have all ingredients chilled. In a flute or coupe glass, add: 1 oz gin ½ oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur ¼ oz fresh lemon juice Dash Turbinado simple syrup Then add: approx. 3 oz Champagne, enough to fill the glass. Garnish with pear slice and/or lemon peel Non-alcoholic spiced pear french "75"Makes 1 cocktail, have all ingredients chilled. In a flute or coupe glass, add: ¼ oz fresh lemon juice ½ oz Monin Cinnamon Syrup Then add: Whole Foods Apple-Pear-Ginger Italian Soda, enough to fill the glass.
